True leaders are lifelong learners.  They embrace their strengths and bravely face their blindspots.  Emporia Group takes you through the process of understanding yourself and then developing your confidence as a leader.  While the journey looks different for each individual, we take a methodical approach to coaching.  A fundamental part of our success is to allow time for processing and change to take hold.  While we have a history of improved team dynamics, increased bottomlines and sustainable growth strategies – these are not guaranteed – the only thing we can promise is that you will never be the same after working with Emporia Group.

What you can expect

  • Initial assessments to evaluate various aspects of personality, learning style, giftings and communications
  • Personal Development Plan with specific targeted goals and desired outcomes
  • Monthly sessions with the Emporia Group team and other consultants based on individual needs
  • Ongoing accountability and feedback tools

Emporia Group works exclusively with owners, officers and executive or emerging  leaders within organizations.  

We require a minimum 12-month commitment to a coaching engagement – this is critical to our approach.

For too long, the concept of “self” has been relinquished by redemptive leaders to the realms of psychology and self-help analysis.  This is regrettable because as St Paul states above in his letter to the church in Colosse, the concept of “self” should be a primary way we approach who we are as a person and as a leader.  Many Christian leaders have been told their “self” is their problem, that to embrace and pursue deeper awareness of self is to become selfish or egotistical.  St Paul begs to differ.
